According to a recent report by Indian news outlet NDTV, protests have erupted outside Adiala Jail amid the rumours of Imran Khan’s death. PTI has alleged that police even assaulted his three sisters during the unrest. The situation took a new turn after comments from his younger son, Qasim Khan.

Qasim claims that the family still has no proof that his father is alive. In a statement posted on social media platform X, he said Imran Khan has been detained for 845 days. He described the total blackout around his father’s condition as not a security protocol, but a deliberate attempt to hide his situation so that the family cannot know whether he is safe at all.
