Israel's far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has unveiled a controversial plan aiming to relocate the vast majority of Gaza's Palestinian population abroad over a seven-year period. Anadolu Ajansı
Unveiled as part of his campaign for the upcoming parliamentary elections, Ben-Gvir's proposal sets a target of moving 250,000 Palestinians in its first year, followed by the remaining two million residents over the subsequent six years. He further stated his party would demand the creation of an "Emigration Ministry" in any future coalition.
While forced displacement of civilians in occupied territories constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Conventions, Ben-Gvir claimed the framework was "realistic" and insisted several nations would be willing to host Gazans, though he declined to name specific countries.
