MUNA Los Angeles Chapter Holds Annual Family Picnic at Griffith Park

The Los Angeles Chapter of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA hosted its annual family picnic on Sunday, July 26, at Griffith Park, bringing together West Zone leaders and their families for a day of fellowship, recreation, and community engagement.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including MUNA National Assistant Executive Director Anisur Rahman Gazi, West Zone President Abdul Mannan, and Vice President Ashraf Hossain Akbar. They joined participants throughout the day and interacted with members of the community.

One of the highlights of the program was a Graduation Celebration for MUNA Youth, where newly graduated young members were recognized and warmly congratulated for their academic achievements. The event also featured a variety of sports and fun competitions for children, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for families.

The picnic included informational booths hosted by Nahar Mosque and Hollywood Mosque, where volunteers showcased their ongoing community programs and outreach initiatives. The booths received positive attention from attendees.
