NEWS DESKMuslim Ummah of North America MUNA New Jersey North Chapter has taken a significant step in youth empowerment by organizing a dynamic Youth Gathering at a local mosque in Elizabeth City, Union County on Sunday, February 16.
The local Elizabeth sub-chapter organized this gathering aimed to establish a dedicated Youth Dawah presence in the area as well as to develop a youth sub-chapter in future.
Three youth sub-chapter Presidents from NJN Chapter along with the visiting Youth Dawah Team including the local imam and other youth leaders were engaged attendees in meaningful discussions about the Holy Ramadan, Human's identity, purpose and the importance of righteous companionship.
During the program the evening was filled with spiritual enrichment, brotherhood environment and delightful activities. There was arranged an educational quiz competition that was made those young people well entertained.
The program concluded with a special prayer to Almighty Allah, followed by snacks and a delicious dinner.
Parents and community members expressed their gratitude for that kind of initiative with shown a strong support for future programs for the youth in this area.
This program has successfully created a momentum for the team that made them committed to expanding its efforts and bringing more impactful gatherings to the Elizabeth community soon.
