Leadership Education Session Held in Michigan by MUNA North Zone

A Leadership Education Session was held on Saturday, January 17, in Michigan at the Islamic Center of Warren, organized by the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA, North Zone. The session was attended by all responsible leaders of MUNA Michigan.

The program was presided over by North Zone President Nesar Uddin, CPA, and conducted by Secretary Anwar Hossain.

The Chief Guest of the event was Hafiz Abdullah Al Arif, National Education Director of MUNA. Special Guests included Safayet Hossain Safa, Director of the Social Service Department; Khairul Hasan Rafiq, Publication Director; and Waliur Rahman, MUNA Center Director.

In his keynote address, Hafiz Abdullah Al Arif delivered an insightful discussion based on the Holy Qur’an titled “The Role of Leadership in the Promotion and Expansion of Islam in the West.” He emphasized that organized, principled, and competent leadership is the key to effectively conveying the true message of Islam in the Western context.

Special Guest Safayet Hossain Safa spoke on “Strengthening the Organization and Activating Human Resources,” providing practical guidance and stressing the importance of active and effective participation at every level of the organization.

In his presidential address, North Zone President Nesar Uddin, CPA, outlined his long-term vision and strategic plans to transform MUNA North Zone into a model zone. He called upon all organizational leaders to work together in unity to achieve these goals.

The session concluded successfully, inspiring participants with renewed motivation for leadership development, organizational strengthening, and effective dawah efforts.
