Eid Reunion and Family Night Held at MUNA Center of Upper Derby

A reunion and family night was held at MUNA Center of Upper Derby with bringing together more than 200 members of the local community. This pleasant celebration was held on Monday evening, April 7, at the initiative of the Muslim Ummah of North America MUNA Upper Derby Chapter.

MUNA Zonal Education Director Ibrahim Khalil was present as the Chief Guest at the event. In his speech, the Chief Guest highlighted MUNA's five-point program and emphasized the importance of practicing the Taqwa (God-consciousness) throughout the year, beyond the month of Ramadan.

MUNA Upper Derby Chapter President Belal Mia chaired over the event and Brother Hassan modarated the event. Adil Abdullah recited the Holy Quran at the beginning.

Members of the Atlantic Cultural Group presented a Cultural Program. The Nasheeds and Eid songs performed by artists Ibrahim Khalil, Saif Uddin Russell, Hafizur Rahman and Adil Abdullah captivated everyone present.

After the program ended with special prayers and supplications, everyone enjoyed a delicious Pizza Dinner.
