Muslims Travel-Friendly Top 10 Non-Muslim Countries

The global travel industry is witnessing a significant rise in Muslim travelers, reshaping the landscape of international tourism. According to the Mastercard-CrescentRating Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI) 2025, around 176 million Muslim tourists traveled worldwide in 2024 a 25% increase from the previous year.

The number is expected to hit 245 million by 2030, with estimated spending reaching USD 230 billion.

The GMTI 2025 has published its list of Top Muslim-Friendly Non-OIC (Non-Muslim) Destinations of the Year. Singapore leads as global tourism embraces Muslim-friendly services. lts dominance, ranking first with 71 points, five more than its 2024 score.

For the first time, Russia and Canada have entered the top 20 rankings. The inclusion of halal-certified restaurants, prayer facilities, and faith-conscious hospitality services has made these destinations increasingly attractive to Muslim travelers.
