Qatar Files Formal Complaint with UN Over Iranian Strikes, Demands Reparations

The State of Qatar has officially approached the United Nations to condemn a series of Iranian attacks on its territory and territorial waters. In a formal letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Qatar detailed multiple drone and cruise missile strikes occurring between March 28 and April 1, including a recent strike on an oil tanker within Qatari waters.

Describing these actions as "unlawful" and a blatant violation of national sovereignty, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Iran must be held accountable and provide full compensation for all damages incurred.
