NEWS DESKOn October 4th (Saturday), the "Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW) Mahfil 2025" was successfully held at the MUNA Center in California, organized by the Hollywood Mosque. The event, a special religious and cultural gathering, brought together a large number of community members for an evening of reflection on the life and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
The event began with a speech by Anisur Rahman Gazi, the National Executive Director of MUNA. He addressed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of staying on the right path and standing by the underprivileged. "It is our duty to follow the path of our beloved Prophet (SAW) and work for the welfare of humanity," he said. "The Prophet (SAW) was righteous, just, and a beacon of humanity in all aspects of life, and we should strive to follow his example." He concluded his address by singing a heartfelt nasheed for the audience.
The main speaker, Abdul Hai Muhammad Saifullah, began his speech with a recitation of the Quran. He spoke about the significance of charity and giving, saying, "Charity is a great act that benefits not only the giver but also the entire society." He elaborated on the Quranic teachings regarding the importance of giving and the rewards associated with it.
The event was chaired by Abdul Mannan, the President of Hollywood Mosque, who also invited the guests. The program was hosted by Abdul Malek, the Secretary of Hollywood Mosque.
The "Seerat-un-Nabi (SAW)" gathering was a deeply spiritual and enlightening occasion, providing attendees with valuable lessons from the life of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and reinforcing the importance of compassion, charity, and ethical living.
