U.S. Strikes Three Suspected Vessels in the Pacific Ocean

The United States has carried out attacks on three suspicious vessels in the Pacific Ocean on allegations of drug trafficking, leaving at least three people dead.

According to the U.S. military, three suspected drug traffickers aboard one of the vessels were killed in the strike. Eight others escaped from the remaining two boats by jumping into the sea in an attempt to save their lives.

U.S. forces have deployed aircraft and naval vessels to search for the fugitives. All three boats sustained heavy damage during the operation.

Since September, the United States military has conducted more than 30 similar operations across the Caribbean and Pacific regions. These actions have reportedly resulted in at least 110 deaths.
