U.S. President Donald Trump has once again criticized NATO and European countries over their roles in the war involving Iran, describing their response as “very disappointing in many ways.”

Speaking from Dublin, the capital of Ireland, Trump said NATO had been unwilling to assist the United States in the Strait of Hormuz.

“NATO did not want to help us with the Strait of Hormuz, even though the United States gets no oil from that strait,” Trump said.

Trump also highlighted the capabilities of U.S. military equipment used in Iran, claiming that the world had witnessed the superiority of American military technology.

“Everyone has seen the dominance of U.S. military equipment in Iran,” he said.

The U.S. president also addressed reports of mines being placed in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump claimed that American forces had removed all of them.

“We removed every mine. There are no mines there,” Trump said.
