First Session of 13th National Parliament to Continue Until April 30

The first session of the 13th National Parliament will continue until April 30. The decision was made on Saturday during the first meeting of the Parliamentary Business Advisory Committee.

The meeting was chaired by Speaker of the National Parliament Hafiz Uddin Ahmed.

During the meeting, it was decided that a total of 50 hours will be allocated for discussions on the President’s address.

According to a press release issued by the Parliament Secretariat after the meeting, discussions were held on the allocation of time and the duration of the first session of the 13th National Parliament.

The release stated that a total of 50 hours have been allocated for discussions on the President’s speech.

It also mentioned that the first session of the 13th National Parliament will continue until April 30. The session will be held every day at 3:00 pm, except on government holidays.

The Speaker has been given the authority to make any necessary changes to the session schedule and working days if required.

According to the notice, the Parliament Secretariat has received a total of 468 questions for the session, including 8 for the Prime Minister and 460 for other ministers.

Additionally, 27 notices have been submitted under Rule 71 for drawing attention, and 97 notices have been received under Rule 131 for resolutions.
