NEWS DESKThe Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) Brooklyn East Chapter organized an Educational Session 2025 for members and associate members. The educational session was held on July 22 (Tuesday) from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Baitul Mamur Auditorium in Brooklyn and focused on spiritual learning and leadership development.
The program began with a beautiful recitation from the Holy Quran by the Chief Muazzin of the National Mosque of Bangladesh, Baitul Mukarram, Hafiz Maulana Qari Qazi Masudur Rahman. This was followed by a Qur'anic lesson (Dars) presented by Salauddin Rasel.
The Chief Guest of the session was MUNA’s National Executive Director Arman Chowdhury CPA, who delivered the keynote speech emphasizing the essential qualities and ideals of Islamic leadership.
After the tea break and Maghrib Prayers, MUNA National Assistant Executive Director Hafez Abdullah Al Arif spoke as the Special Guest. MUNA's former Majlis-e-Shura member Mosharraf Maula Sujan and Brooklyn East Chapter Coordinator Aminur Rasool Jamshed also spoke at the event.
The entire educational session was organized in a very orderly and beautiful manner under the guidance of Maulana Nayeb Ali, Secretary of MUN Brooklyn East Chapter. The event concluded with closing remarks from the Chapter President Mawlana Motasim Billah Siraji.
Members of the Brooklyn East Chapter’s executive committee played active roles in organizing and executing various segments of the session.
