Quran Conference ‘Light Upon Light 2025’ Held Amid Festive Atmosphere in Michigan

The Muslim Ummah of North America-MUNA, Michigan chapter, organized the Quran Conference ‘Light Upon Light 2025’ for the first time on September 13. Managed by Ikra Academy, the special event became vibrant and festive with the enthusiastic participation of attendees.

The conference was graced by internationally renowned Bangladeshi tilawat artist and Qari, Sheikh Ahmad Bin Yusuf Azhari. Other distinguished guests included celebrated Qari and Sheikh Sheikh Magdi Badr, Imam Abdul Basit, and Ikra Academy’s Development Director, Ustad Ridwan Rafique.

The event began at 7:30 PM and aimed to foster spiritual growth through Quran recitation and Islamic education. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in inspirational discussions and educational activities centered around the Quran.

A special highlight of the conference was a performance of Renaissance music, which enriched the spiritual and cultural ambiance of the event.

The conference emerged as a unique experience for the Michigan community, promoting Quranic learning and spiritual development.
