Dr. Shafiqul Rahman Visits “Quran Academy for Young Scholars” in New York

On Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 8:00 AM, Dr. Shafiqul Rahman, Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, visited the Quran Academy for Young Scholars (Kafiz) at the BMMCC campus in New York, an affiliate of Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA.

During the visit, he was accompanied by MUNA National President Imam Delwar Hossain, MUNA National Assistant Executive Director Ahmad Abu Obaida, MUNA National Assistant Executive Director Anisur Rahman Gazi, as well as the academy’s board members and teaching staff.

During his visit, Dr. Rahman delivered a short and inspiring talk to the students, emphasizing the importance of moral and religious education and encouraging them to stay committed to learning and faith.
