Nahar Cultural Night and Mezban Dinner Held Successfully

A “Cultural Night and Mezban Dinner” was successfully held on Saturday, December 20, through a joint initiative of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA West Zone and the North American Humanitarian Aid and Relief - NAHAR.

The special event took place at the MUNA Center of the Hollywood Mosque and was attended by a large number of community members.

Distinguished guests included NAHAR President Dr. Ataul Haque Osmani; Imam Tarek Mohammad, Director of the Long Beach Islamic Center, California; MUNA National Assistant Executive Director Anisur Rahman Gazi; and MUNA West Zone President Abdul Mannan.

NAHAR Director Delwar Hossain Majumdar served as the convener of the program and played a key role in organizing the event.

One of the main attractions of the Cultural Night was a vibrant cultural performance jointly produced and directed by National Artists and the Kandari Cultural Group.

It is worth mentioning that a fundraising drive was also conducted on the same day under the initiative of MUNA and NAHAR to support humanitarian activities.
