Condolence and Prayer Gathering Held in Memory of Former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia

A condolence and prayer gathering was held in memory of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, organised by the Office of the Honorable Consulate General of the Government of Bangladesh.

At the event, Abdul Mannan, President of Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA West Zone, and Ashraf Hossain Akbar, Vice President of MUNA West Zone, delivered speeches. The speakers recalled the distinguished political career of Begum Khaleda Zia and highlighted her contributions to the restoration of democracy in Bangladesh.

They also offered special prayers seeking forgiveness and mercy for the soul of the late leader and urged attendees to follow her ideals in working for the welfare of the nation and its people.

A large number of members from various segments of the Bangladeshi expatriate community were present at the condolence and prayer gathering.
