Eid Reunion Held in Paterson by MUNA New Jersey North Chapter

An Eid reunion was held in Paterson, New Jersey, organized by the Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA), New Jersey North Chapter. The event took place on Sunday, April 4, at the MUNA Center of Paterson (Masjid Adam), drawing around 600 members of the local Muslim community.

The program began after Maghrib prayers and featured a variety of activities, including a potluck and a traditional pitha festival, where participants brought a range of homemade delicacies.

Humayun Kabir, Secretary of MUNA East Zone, attended the event as the chief guest. Special guest Imam Walid Elbatrawish, Imam of Darul Islam Mosque and an internationally renowned Qari, was also present.

The program was hosted by Chapter Secretary Hafiz Imam Abdul Shakil and presided over by Imam Md. Abdul Mannan, President of MUNA New Jersey North Chapter.

The event also included Quran recitations and speeches by youth participants. A nasheed performance by MUNA leaders added to the vibrant atmosphere of the gathering.

The program concluded with a dua led by community member Babul Ahmed.
