The Connecticut Chapter of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA organized a special dawah outreach program as part of its ongoing efforts to spread awareness about Islam. The event took place on June 20 at Seaside Park in Bridgeport, Connecticut, during the “Amader Chattogram Mezban” community gathering.

According to the organizers, the event attracted nearly 5,000 attendees. On this occasion, volunteers distributed a large number of copies of the Holy Qur’an, Islamic literature, MUNA informational materials, and various educational flyers aimed at youth and the broader community.

MUNA volunteers engaged with visitors and interested individuals, sharing the message of peace in Islam and providing information about the organization’s activities and services. Organizers noted that such initiatives play an important role in conveying the authentic teachings of Islam to people from diverse backgrounds and professions.

The Connecticut Chapter expressed its commitment to continuing similar outreach efforts to foster understanding, dialogue, and community engagement.
