MUNA Leaders Attend July Mass Uprising Day Event in Los Angeles

The Bangladesh Consulate in Los Angeles observed “July Mass Uprising Day 2026” on August 5, with the participation of consulate officials and prominent members of the Bangladeshi-American community.

Representing the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA, the event was attended by Anisur Rahman Gazi, MUNA National Assistant Executive Director; Abdul Mannan, MUNA West Zone President; and Ashraf Hossain Akbar, Vice President.

During the event, the MUNA leaders exchanged views with consulate officials, community leaders, and other distinguished guests. They also expressed solidarity with the spirit of the July Mass Uprising and the democratic aspirations of the people of Bangladesh.

The gathering brought together members of the Bangladeshi community in Los Angeles to commemorate the significance of the July Mass Uprising and reflect on its impact and aspirations for the country’s future.
