The New York South Zone of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA organized a two-day Islamic Education Camp aimed at fostering knowledge, spiritual development, ethical values, and leadership among its members.

Held on August 15–16 at the BMMCC Auditorium in Brooklyn, the camp brought together MUNA members and senior members for a series of educational, organizational, and spiritual development sessions. The program began at 9:00 a.m. on the first day and concluded at 5:00 p.m. on the second day.
The event opened with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an by Hafiz Abdullah Muwaqi. The inaugural session was moderated by A.K.M. Saiful Alam, Secretary of MUNA New York South Zone, while the opening address was delivered by the zone's President, Maulana Emdad Ullah.
During the first day, Hafiz Abdullah Al Arif, MUNA's National Assistant Executive Director, and Shaykh Abu Samiha Sirajul Islam, National Assistant Education Director, presented a Dars-ul-Qur'an based on Surah Al-Munafiqun, focusing on the responsibilities and duties of Muslims.

Barrister Hamid Hossain Azad, Central President of MCA, spoke on building an ideal Islamic family, raising children, and creating a positive organizational environment. Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Zobayer, Vice Chairman of the Bangladesh Lawyers Council, discussed the importance of leadership skills, knowledge, and wisdom in the era of globalization.
A Qiyamul Lail (late-night voluntary prayer) was held during the camp, followed by a discussion led by Maulana Emdad Ullah on the importance of following the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
On the second day, Dr. Saidur Rahman Chowdhury, former National President of MUNA, addressed the challenges of organizational management and ways to overcome them. Arman Chowdhury, CPA, National Executive Director of MUNA, delivered a session on effective leadership and the responsibilities of organizational leaders.
In the concluding session, Imam Maulana Dalouer Hossain, National President of MUNA, emphasized the importance of self-purification, moral integrity, and spiritual growth. He encouraged participants to incorporate Islamic values into their daily lives and strive to earn the pleasure of Allah.
The camp concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session with the National President, during which participants discussed topics related to organizational development, leadership, personal growth, and dawah activities.
The program was organized under the overall supervision of Maulana Emdad Ullah, A.K.M. Saiful Alam, Education Director Mohammad Belal Uddin, and other officials of MUNA New York South Zone.
The two-day education camp concluded with an Ihtisab (self-evaluation and accountability) session, marking the successful completion of the event.
