Tafseer Mahfil and Eid Reunion Organized by MUNA NY Staten Island

The Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) Staten Island branch successfully organized a Tafseerul Quran Mahfil and Eid Reunion. The event was held on Sunday, June 15, at the premises of Masjid Al Ihsan (406 St. Mark's Place) in Staten Island, New York.

The Mahfil was presided over by Maulana Abul Hashem, President of MUNA Staten Island. Hafiz Muhammad Mohsin Majumder recited from the Holy Quran with meaning. The Mahfil was conducted by Young Islamic Scholar Maulana Aflatun Kawsar.

Distinguished Islamic Scholar and Media Personality Mawlana Muhaddith Mahmudul Hasan, visiting from Bangladesh, was present as the Keynote Speaker and Chief Guest. The Special Guest MUNA South Zone New York President Mawlana Emdad Ullah also addressed the gathering.

Additional speakers included MUNA Social Services Director Muhammad M. Sujan, MUNA South Zone Secretary AKM Saiful Alam and the Imam of Brooklyn Islamic Center and renowned speaker Mr. Junaid Hossain were presented.

The Program concluded with a dinner served to all attendees. A large number of members from the local Bangladeshi and broader Muslim community were present, making the event spiritually enriching and socially engaging.
