MUNA Valley California Chapter Holds Dawah Gathering at Imam Bukhari Mosque

On Saturday, August 1, the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA Valley Chapter organized a Dawah gathering at the local Imam Bukhari Mosque.

The program was presided over by Chapter President Wazed Hasan Javed and conducted by Chapter Secretary Monirul Haque. The event was attended by MUNA National President Imam Dalouer Hossain as the chief guest. Special guests included National Assistant Executive Director Anisur Rahman Gazi and West Zone Vice President Ashraf Hossain Akbar.

Valley Chapter Dawah Secretary Arkanullah Haruni also addressed the gathering.

In his keynote speech, Imam Dalouer Hossain cited verses 71 and 72 of Surah At-Tawbah, emphasizing that every believer aspires to attain the eternal blessings of Jannah. He explained that Allah outlines the qualities necessary to become deserving of Paradise through these verses. These include:

• Fostering mutual love and compassion among believers.
• Actively enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong.
• Establishing regular prayers (Salah).
• Paying Zakat accurately and on time.
• Remaining steadfast in obedience to Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him).

He further stated that MUNA continues to work toward creating awareness and inspiring individuals to live by these values in pursuit of attaining Jannah.

The chief guest and other speakers urged members of the community to safeguard themselves, their families, and society from the Fire of Hell by becoming actively involved with MUNA and working together in unity for the pleasure of Allah and the betterment of the Ummah.
