MUNA Los Angeles Chapter Hosts Farewell Event for Two Leaders

The Los Angeles chapter of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA organized a small farewell gathering on August 9 (Sunday) to honor Kamruzzaman Shimul, MUNA's West Zone coordinator, and Naznin Sultana Rani, director of the organization's Children's Department.

The event was attended by Anisur Rahman Gazi, MUNA's national assistant executive director; Abdul Mannan, president of the West Zone; Ashraf Hossain Akbar, vice president of the West Zone; and other local MUNA officials.

Speakers at the gathering recalled Shimul and Rani's contributions to MUNA's activities and expressed their best wishes for their new workplaces and the next chapters of their lives.

Both Kamruzzaman Shimul and Naznin Sultana Rani are relocating from Los Angeles to Michigan, according to information shared by the organization.
