MUNA East Zone Celebrates Joyous Eid Reunion Virtually

The Muslim Ummah of North America (MUNA) East Zone hosted a vibrant and joyful Eid Reunion event through a virtual gathering on Zoom. The program brought together Zone Leaders and community members in a festive and uplifting atmosphere.

The event was modareted by Akbar Uddin, MUNA East Zone Communication, Media, and Cultural Department Director. MUNA East Zone President Mahmudul Qader Tafadar was delivered the welcome speach.

The Chief Guest and keynote speaker was Ziaul Islam Shamim, MUNA National Director of the Justice and Human Dignity Department. In his inspiring speech, he highlighted the significance of Eid and the importance of unity within the Muslim Ummah.

A special Eid promotional video was presented by Tawhid Uddin, Dawah Director of the MUNA Youth City Chapter. The cultural segment featured a heartfelt poetry recitation by Mohammad Nurul Anwar, Director of the Ummah Cultural Group, and soulful nasheeds performed by Faruq Ahmed, Vice President of MUNA East Zone and a member of the Atlantic Cultural Group, alongside Tajul Islam Shaker.

A highlight of the event was the participation of child artist, who recited Qur'an, performed poetry, sang nasheeds, and acted in a short play. A specially produced music video was presented by Ibrahim Khalil, Director of the Atlantic Cultural Group. Event photography was managed by Atlantic Cultural Group member Abdur Rahim.

The program concluded with closing remarks and a heartfelt supplication to ALLAH by MUNA East Zone Secretary Humayun Kabir Chowdhury.
