MUNA West Zone and Hollywood Masjid Conduct Dawah Mission at FIFA World Cup Event

The West Zone of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA, in collaboration with Hollywood Masjid, organized a special dawah mission in the outdoor area of SoFi Stadium in California during the FIFA World Cup festivities.

The program, held on June 13, brought together MUNA leaders and volunteers who engaged with visitors from different countries, sharing Islam’s message of peace and understanding. During the event, attendees were offered translated copies of the Holy Qur’an, informational brochures about Islam, and various dawah materials.

Organizers said that global events such as the FIFA World Cup provide a valuable opportunity to connect with people from diverse religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds and to present the true teachings of Islam.

“The primary objective of this initiative is to convey Islam’s message of peace, compassion, humanity, and mutual respect,” organizers noted.

Leaders, members, and volunteers from MUNA West Zone and Hollywood Masjid participated in the outreach effort. Many visitors expressed interest in learning more about Islam and appreciated the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations about the faith.
