MUNA Pennsylvania South Chapter Holds Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Mahfil

The Pennsylvania South Chapter of the Muslim Ummah of North America - MUNA organized a Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Mahfil on Sunday, September 13, at the MUNA Center of Upper Darby Mosque.

The program began at 6:00 p.m. and was chaired by Imam Anwar Hossain. MUNA Pennsylvania South Chapter Secretary Mohammad Enamul Alam moderated the event. The keynote speaker was Muhaddith Azim Uddin of Masjid Al-Hera in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

In his keynote address, Muhaddith Azim Uddin highlighted various aspects of the life, character, and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He emphasized that the Prophet’s example extends beyond acts of Ibadah and should be reflected in every aspect of life, including family, social, professional, and personal affairs.

He urged attendees to strive to incorporate the Prophet’s teachings and noble character into their daily lives.

During the discussion, Muhaddith Azim Uddin also spoke in detail about Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) and Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH), addressing and clarifying several misconceptions commonly associated with the subjects.

Local artist Saifuddin Russell performed Islamic songs during the program. More than 200 local Muslims, including children and teenagers, attended the Mahfil.

A team of volunteers played a key role in managing the event and serving meals to attendees. Among them were Hafizur Rahman, Saifuddin Russell, Yasin Arafat Rajib, Kawsar Rahman, Abu Bakar Siddique, Ali Azgar, Rabiul Hossain, Maulana Mohiuddin, and others.

The Mahfil concluded in an orderly and peaceful atmosphere, followed by a dinner served to the attendees.
